Customize "Not Authorized to View" message - 2008/01/25 01:12Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not it was possible to overide or customize the default "You are not authorised to view this resource. You need to login" message? My co-worker at the library I work wants to have a different message display and I wondered where I might be able to change it in the code.
Any thoughts on where to go if this is even possible?

Re:Customize "Not Authorized to View" message - 2008/01/26 15:47Hey Sarah! You can change this in the Joomla Language file. Go to the back end control panel, and click on the Language tab. What I do is, I copy the content and paste it into Dreamwaver, and do a search for "you are not authorise..." Then you can change it to anything you like. Once you are done, copy it and paste it back into Joomla.
