Kids Website in Atlantic City, NJ - 2007/02/11 13:46
Having successfully implemented a Library website using Mambo CMS (http://www.acfpl.org) in Feb. 2006, The Atlantic City Free Public Library implemented a kids website in Dec. 2006 (http://atlanticcitykids.org). The Library migrated to Joomla in Dec. 2006 and is using Joomla for both the Main Library and the Kids site. Various Library staff are trained in the use of Joomla and add,edit,delete content without the need of a Web Administrator. This was one of the major reasons for going to a Web Content Management System.
