I really wish you had spent more time on the technical details of Joomla. I have already decided to use Joomla to redesign my library's site, but I am having trouble getting going and understanding the Joomla lingo. That's what would have been more useful to me. But thanks for posting the info. I may have more questions as I move forward.

I've since looked at the excellent powerpoint presentation and I was wondering if someone could tell me more details about your user survey process.

We are currently writing our user surveys and would like some tips. Also, it would be helpful (if you don't mind) if you could share what questions you asked. We have a set of questions drafted already, but it would be interesting to see what you asked and the rationale behind choosing those questions... and also to know what questions were most useful and why? Same with least useful.
