John in New Mexico - 2007/10/02 15:35 The New Mexico State Library is hoping to launch our new website using Joomla by November 1. We have identified the template we want to use, but we are not allowed to use a state purchasing card to make a purchase via Paypal. I am looking for other ways to acquire the bellatrix template.
